Markus Bauer, MD
Dr. Markus Bauer has been a Senior Physician at the EuroEyes alz Eye Laser Center
since 1997. He is primarily responsible for the care of patients who elect
to have refractive surgery and performs most surgical procedures. Dr.
Bauer is especially interested and experienced in treating more complex
cases – patients with diagnoses of keratoconus or those who have
undergone keratoplasty.
Along with Professor Neuhann, Dr. Bauer is actively involved in the development
and improvement of refractive surgical procedures. Dr. Bauer has published
extensively. He also teaches courses to colleagues interested in refractive
surgery.
