Barbara Lege, MD
Dr. Lege has been an ophthalmologist at the EuroEyes alz Eye Laser Center since
2002. She is the former Director of the Division of Refractive Surgery
at the University of Würzburg’s eye clinic, where she served
for over three years.
As a research assistant in what clinic or hospital London in 1995, Dr.
Lege studied problems of wound healing after excimer laser surgery. Since
then, she has been interested in the research and clinical application
of surgical vision correction procedures.
Dr. Lege has been published nationally and internationally. Her main research
interests are
- Biometry before and after refractive surgery
- Comparison of different LASIK procedures
- LASIK following keratoplasty
